1. No Hosted Content Policy
Unserizo.store:
Does not host any videos or images on its own servers.
Displays content embedded from third-party websites that host and verify their own content.
Has no control over third-party content policies or updates.
If copyrighted material appears on Unserizo.store, it is most likely due to the embed being displayed from an external source.
In such cases, we recommend that you also contact the hosting website directly for permanent removal.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
To submit a DMCA notice, you must provide the following information:

The exact URL(s) on Unserizo.store where the material is located
A statement that:

4. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe a takedown request was submitted incorrectly or in error, you may file a counter-notification which must include:
Your name and contact information
Identification of the removed content
A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
Agreement to the jurisdiction of relevant courts
Your electronic or physical signature
We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may disable access to content or restrict certain services to users or sources involved in repeated infringement complaints.
6. Third-Party Platforms
If the content originates from a third-party website (such as Pornhub, Xvideos, Xhamster, etc.):
The copyright issue must also be addressed with the hosting platform
Removal from Unserizo.store may not remove it from the original source
The original hosting provider is responsible for verifying content legality and ownership
7. Good-Faith Compliance
We act in good faith when processing DMCA notices.
However, we make no guarantee that all embedded content can be removed permanently due to third-party hosting limitations.
